- The subscription plan is intended for use within 1 year.
- Subscription cannot be shared among individuals.
- Benefits cannot be carried forward to the next year.
- Treatments plans and requirements will be determined by the doctor.
- A minimum commitment of one year is required.
- Once subscription is taken it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Subscription cannot be transferred to other individuals.
- In case of any dispute, management decision will be final.
- Children are considered to be under 12 years of age.
